I just tried to create an account for a new customer and saw this on Shopping.com's Merchant Sign up page: "Due to an overwhelming number of requests during the holiday season, we are unable to accept any new merchants between October 24, 2007 and January 1, 2008. Please check back with us after this date." This is probably related to their performance based rates. The more merchants, the less overall performance they will get. |
